Payment.

I only accept payment via PayPal... You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to get in touch and I will assist you in anyway I can.

Shipping.

I ship world wide. All taxes, customs, duties and fees charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. I use packaging materials appropriate to the item/(s) you purchased in order to get the package to you safely. I will take care in ensuring they are packaged well and in capable hands while on their way to you. If for any reason your parcel does not arrive in tip top condition or even worse does not arrive at all please get in touch and I will consider repair or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

The size and weight of your package as well as your location will dictate which carrier handles your package. International Airmail sent with Aus Post is not always "trackable" online nor is the parcel insured. If you have a preference of carrier or if you require parcel protection insurance or other shipping upgrade please get in touch to discuss options and pricing prior to purchase.

International shipping does take time (usually around 12-15 working days to the US) and I can not guarantee a delivery time due to possible delays with customs.

Australian customers I send your parcels via express post which provides next day delivery to major centres.

Returns.

All purchases are final. Please let me know if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and I will consider appropriate solutions on a case-by-case basis.

My photographs try to reflect the true nature of the piece but if it is not what you expect please do get in touch. I want you to get the same enjoyment from your order that I find when producing these pieces!...

Please note the following prior to purchase;
Colour can vary on monitors - the calibration, quality and environment of a monitor all effect how a colour looks. I ensure my monitor is correctly calibrated and the photographs of each product reflect their true colour. I can not guarantee the colour you see on screen is as accurate.

Much of my type I use to print with is antique and particularly the wood type may show signs of wear, scuffing and in some cases attack by troublesome insects!

Letterpress involves using relief to manually press ink into quality papers. Each piece is inked and pressed separately - part of the charm with hand generated pieces are those variations and imperfections.
